In keeping with the spirit of our patron saint, St. Michael’s Legal Center for Women and Children defends the weak and protects the vulnerable. We are the last resort for those with few options, and we consider ourselves blessed to be able to help those that others won’t… but we can’t do it alone, we need your support.
Florida Bar Rule 4-6.1 sets out the professional responsibility of members of the Florida Bar to provide pro bono legal services to the poor. The Rule, which is aspirational, not mandatory, states that this professional responsibility may be discharged by making an annual contribution of a minimum of $350 annually to a legal aid organization. This year please make your donation to St. Michael’s.
