Position:
Associate Attorney - Litigation

Full time, In-person

Salary:
$64,000/year

Responsibilities

  • Litigate Family Law Cases and Foreclosure Defense.
  • Assist the office in client outreach, communication with opposing attorneys, and the Court.
  • Prepare for and try Family Law Cases, with the aid of paralegals.
  • Report to supervising attorney and office manager throughout your cases.
  • Become familiar with Basecamp project management software.

Qualifications

  • Must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Must not be engaged in illicit activities, or have any currently open complaints from the Bar or Criminal Matter.
