What Makes Me Eligible?

  • You must live in one of the 8 Florida counties listed above.
  • You must have a case type we accept.
  • Household income must not exceed 125% of federal poverty guidelines.

For the year 2025, the federal poverty guidelines at 125% are estimated to be as follows:

  • Individual: $18,825
  • Family of 2: $25,550
  • Family of 3: $32,275
  • Family of 4: $39,000
  • Family of 5: $45,725
  • Family of 6: $52,450
  • Family of 7: $59,175
  • Family of 8: $65,900

Income & Asset Breakdown

Income includes:

  • Basic salary
  • Any additional compensation in the form of money, such as:
    • Bonuses
    • Other income, such as Social Security (SSI and SSD), pensions, alimony, child support, and rental property income.

Assets include:

  • Checking/saving accounts
  • Trust funds
  • Stocks/bonds
  • Automobiles
  • Second homes
  • Boats and motorcycles
